I am a 39 yr old friendly outgoing woman. I live in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house, spacious living room,dining room, kitchen & large yard. Daytona beach is a 35 min drive. Close to malls, restaurants, highways, & downtown Orlando is 30 mins away. Close to the University of Central Fl. Safe Family neighborhood. I speak English & Spanish & live with my 2 adult children. Shared bathroom, screened in patio with a gas grill. Guest bedroom with a full size bed, WiFi & a small desk. Shared living room with a T.V. We value privacy & low key socializing. Off site Pool time/Beach time is a favorite. Would love to host & meet new people who love to Travel as I do.

House rulesKeep Noise to a minimum after midnight. Feel free to Use the Kitchen as long as you clean up. Keep bathroom clean. No pets. No smoking inside. Washer/dryer on a schedule so we all get a turn. No overnight or unapproved visitors please. Provide your own transportation however feel free to ask if you need a ride or company going somewhere. If I can I will. Lock doors/ windows when leaving the house. Be courteous to all that live here. Smile often. Central heat/air at my discretion
