- This deposit will be converted into a room deposit upon move-in and will be fully refunded upon move-out if the room is cleaned and all facilities are kept in good condition.
- The full rent for the first month is required to be paid upon arrival, either by e-transfer or cash. The next month's rent is required to be paid by the end of the previous month.
- Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least one month notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For the privacy and safety of other roommates, no visitors.
