Furnished room with shared facilities in a fully furnished upper story setting in a newer suburb of Gungahlin district-Throsby. I as the owner reside in the same house with my family. This homestay is a modern residential upper storey accomodation with quality furnishings and inclusions, close to public transport, short distance to the Gungahlin town centre, Canberra Airport, Canberra city, great connectivity to the interstate and the suburban highways. This accomodation is ideal for singles, and not for families or couple. who leads a quite lifestyle and no heavy socialising at home. All amenities provided, including the modern well equipped kitchen- dishwasher, oven and other essential appliances. Laundry- washer and dryer, living room, offstreet parking. Spacious room with ample light and air, includes single bed with mattress, study desk and a chair, built in wardrobe.
