Tea & coffee are included. Home grown fruits are included as well. Two parks are in walking distance excellent for morning run. Entrance to Los Penasquitos canyon preserve waterfall trail is block away. Place is perfect if you have any allergy! Downstairs bedroom comes with shared bathroom (between two rooms) and upstairs bedroom comes with private spacious bathroom. House has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Only two rooms are rented on short term rental platforms at this moment. Long term tenants are students of UCSD or professionals. This area is saturated with different pharma and computer tech businesses. if you are looking for monthly stays please contact me directly. - Right now, I (Irina) and my son Kirill live in the house. Our bedrooms are upstairs. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so please let us know if we can assist you in any way.
- We are renting out four bedrooms in this house, three downstairs and one upstairs. You may meet guest from other rooms in the kitchen/dining area.
- - There are no street shoes in the house. Please leave them by the door when you come in.
- - Quiet hours start after 10pm and ends at 7 am. It's very important to follow it!
- - Your room has all the necessities. The door has a lock if needed. You are free to come in and out house anytime.
- - The bathroom has organic soap, shampoo and conditioner for you to use. It also has fan/hair dryer in the drawer. Please use everything what is in the bathroom.
- - I try to make this house as sustainable as possible, living in the busy city. I have gray water system in place. So, before you use any laundry or dishwashing soap, please consult with me so I can check its ingredients. I offer free biodegradable alternatives so that this extra quality is hassle-free for you.
- - You are welcome to use the kitchen, living room and garden patio areas as well.
- - You are welcome to use all the appliances in the kitchen.
- - There are some breakfast items in the kitchen for you to use: coffee, tea, oatmeal, cereal and seasonal fruits from my garden.
