Frank, a NYC gringo ex-pat and antique dealer and counselor, invites you to take in his beautiful historical penthouse, surrounded on all sides not only with a terrace, but a garden featuring exotic cacti and lovely flowers and birds, not to mention great views of the city and Volcan Cotapoxi. The wood-paneled & stenciled interior, featuring Frank's personal selection of antiques and artwork, is even more beguiling. For travelers, Frank's home also provides the benefit of being a short walk to the Rio Coca terminal, which provides access to the rest of Ecuador, and the trolley on 6 de diciembre, which goes directly to Quito's world-famous historical center. Moreover, this splendid Jipijapa neighborhood has excellent restaurants: Ecuadorian, Korean, Bolivian, Venezuelan, Syrian to mention a few. Plus there is an Olympic size neighborhood pool with sauna, gym, steam, and hydromassage. Although Frank hasn't hosted with Homestay before, he has years of hosting experience and dynamite reviews with Airbnb at his country properties in New York State and at a property, Chelsea, New York City. USA. And his properties are always Gay friendly.
