The homestay is located in a green residential neighbourhood of South Delhi, near IGNOU Road, Westend Marg, Saket - ideal for both work trips and relaxing getaways. It’s a well-connected area that gives you the perfect balance of comfort, greenery, and easy access to Delhi’s best attractions. The house is a few minutes away from Saket metro station(Yellow Line)- less than 1 and a half kms, Qutub Minar, Saket Malls and Max Hospital(around 4kms). Guests will have the entire second floor for their exclusive use. The space features two bedrooms with king-size beds, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a combined living and dining area. There is also a large, plant-filled balcony where you can truly feel at home. Guest access Please note, there is no lift. All floors are accessed via a staircase. Height of each step is around 6-7 inch, there are around 2-4 steps that are around 10inch height.

- Welcome to our homestay!
- We are delighted to have you as our guest. To ensure a comfortable and secure stay for everyone, we have a few house rules:
- Luggage Assistance: The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
- Notice Required: Please inform us 1 day in advance of your arrival/departure time to request help.
- Fee & Disclaimer: Help is available for ~₹100-200/trip (payable to the helper). Availability is not guaranteed.
- Security: For everyone's safety, please keep the main entrance closed at all times when entering or leaving. Also, do ask the delivery person to close when ordering from Delivery apps.
- Late Arrivals: If you plan on returning after 10:00 PM, please inform us in advance so we can leave the main gate open. For security, please remember to bolt the main gate once you are inside and send us a quick message to let us know you’re back.
- Conservation: We appreciate your help in conserving resources. Please be mindful of your water usage and turn off all lights, fans, and other appliances when you leave a room.
- Quiet Hours: After 11 p.m., we kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and neighbours.
- For security purposes, please notify us before inviting any visitors to the home. Please note that unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
- A Final Request: When you depart, please ensure all lights and switches are off, and all windows and doors are securely closed and locked.
- Treat Our Home as Your Own: We want you to feel at home, and with that in mind, we kindly request that you enjoy your meals in the dining area rather than the bedrooms.
