I can help you to catch your destination with public transportation or use cap ( taxi is very cheap, starts from 1USD and rarely exceed 12USD). you will be given 2 keys and i write you the exact address of the location in both English and Persian to make sure that you wont get lost. there is 20USD fine for each key if you lose them. you will be asked to show your ID/passport(s) on your arrival and the full payment is asked upon your arrival.
