Tranquility in Kashmir. Hakeem Homestay is in the hills, 10km from Pahalgam, Kashmir. The house is located in a small village, Dehwathu, very close to the Awoora Bird & Wildlife Sanctuary. The village is located amongst pristine local farmland of rice paddies, mustard fields & fruit orchards with views of the nearby mountains & is a short distance from the Lidder River. Many walks & day activities can be organised during your stay. We have a TV in the lobby & books to read. You will be welcomed with traditional Kashmiri tea. Bottled filter water is available. We can also provide home-cooked meals. Our guests will experience the true Kashmir hospitality. To maintain this, it is our policy that alcohol is not served at our premises. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. (NO FAMILY ROOMS) Check in and checkout 12 noon, No pets, Smoking outdoors please. The nearest airport is Srinagar, and you can get a taxi from the airport to Hakeem Homestay which takes approximately 2.5 hours. We can also arrange an airport pick-up/drop-off.
