- When doing steam baths/showers. must use the steam exhaust fan switch next to bathroom vanity while taking a shower/ bath and the dehumidifier.
- Keep quiet during the night. Don't block any neighbor driveways or mailboxes. (only our driveway gate temporary is fine)
- Pack garbage out directly to trash bins outside by the gate. weekly at the least. trash is picked up every Wednesday. Conserve energy & water. Shut down air/ heat all lights when you leave and not in Use. You can keep the patio lights on.
- You can have guests but long term overnight guests beyond the reservation please include in reservation. No weapons. please store away
