Host has single room (€150 per week) and double room (for single use) (€165 per week) available to rent to female student/ professionals. Within walking distance to buses and DART (train). Host has keen interest in baking, gardening and walking. Room contains double bed, fitted wardrobe. Occupant will share bathroom with 1 person only of main bathroom as host has ensuite. Available weekdays only Sunday eve to Friday morning. Min stay 30 days.
