My home is 9km from Brisbane CBD, there is a bus stop 5 mins walk away. The train station is one 1km from my house. I have a beautiful 3 level home with two spare bedrooms. My spare bedroom is on the lower level with an ensuite and TV room and direct access to the backyard and pool with separate entry access. I am 6km from James Street in Fortitude Valley where all the lovely restaurants and shopping is located. My home is in a quiet street in a nice suburb with city views.
