A Peaceful Home in the Heart of the Historic Center Our apartment is located just one block from La Basílica, right in the heart of the Historic Center, yet it is quiet and noise-free. A supermarket is one block away, and the Central Market with fresh fruits and vegetables is only three blocks away. We are a minimalist Ecuadorian–German couple. Nadine enjoys yoga and cacao ceremonies, and I work in tourism, with deep knowledge of Ecuador, Latin America, and Europe, happy to share local tips and travel advice. The apartment is fully equipped, has a privileged view, high-speed fiber optic internet, and is located on the fourth floor of a building with a beautiful shared rooftop terrace. A perfect place to feel at home, relax, and explore the city.
