Home with all the amenities

Apartment located in the north-central Quito, close to everything: supermarket, banks, universities, restaurants, church and the largest city park. I am a widower, living alone and I love to share my space with foreigners. I always make friends with everyone who comes and beautiful memory of my country and lead. I have available a room with private bathroom has a shower with hot water. I offer washer and dryer and breakfast in the morning. At home, abroad you can make use of the living room, dining room, kitchen, anytime. For years I've had students in my house: whites, blacks, men, women,... I speak perfect English. I studied at the best school in Quito (US) and studied my last year of college in the United States.
