Homestay Greenboro is spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable for serious, clean, ESL international full-time students or working professionals. Located in South Keys (near O-train Greenboro Station), 9 Kms from Parliament Hill, close to both universities and downtown ESL schools. Quiet family environment as I am semi-retired and run a small home-based business. Please note: Minimum stay is 4 months for monthly rate.

House rulesThis homestay is for quiet, clean, responsible full-time students or workers.
- This homestay is for quiet, clean, responsible full-time students or workers.
- Come and go as you wish.
- Always keep the front/back door locked.
- If you use the kitchen, you must clean up after yourself.
- No noise/shower/laundry 10pm-6am.
- Keep your room tidy (or my cleaning lady can do it for $60/hr.
- Keep your personal belongings in your room.
- Laundry on week nights between 6-10pm or weekends 9am-1pm or 6am-10pm.
- If you need to move, please give one (1) month written notice.
- Minimum stay is four months.
- Upon departure remove all your personal belongings and garbage. You are responsible for any damages and a clean-up fee will be applied if left dirty.
