I live in this beautiful beach house in a safe gated condominium, with a wonderful view where exotic birds such as parrot and many toucans come! I see from here the boats passing sailboats and boats. Good place to sail. The beach is 200 meters from the house where there is a good kiosk to stay, with restaurant. For night walks to 2 kms has the historical center where are the ice cream shops and restaurants, and nightlife. Method of payment: Please note that a payment of 100% of the total amount to be paid to me has to be made in advance. Once you have confirmed the online booking the data will be sent to proceed with the payment. Cancellation: Cancellation will not be refunded.
