Above all, we are very friendly! The room we offer is just over 10m2; it has a three-section built-in wardrobe. It's exterior, quiet, and bright. The UFV is a 10-minute drive away, and there is a bus service available. You'll be perfectly connected by public transport. If you have a car, there's parking. We're a 5-minute walk from Heron City, The Style Outlets, and Las Rozas Village, as well as other basic services such as the municipal library, the Civil Guard, supermarkets, a hypermarket, pharmacies, stationery stores, cafes, a tobacco shop, hairdressers and beauty salons, a gym, cinemas, and restaurants. The Gran Plaza Shopping Center is a 7-minute drive away. Sports center and Nature Park are a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk away.Another Natural Park is opposite the chalet. Directly connected to Moncloa (25 minutes by bus) and to the towns in the northwest area via multiple bus lines; the commuter train station is a 15-minute walk away (5 minutes by car/bus). The semi-detached house is located in a gated community with permanent security, a swimming pool for adults and children, green areas, a paddle tennis court, a soccer field, and a basketball court; a multipurpose room, changing rooms, restrooms, and a communal sauna.
