Its a 3LDK (67.5m2) apartment, which is on the 16th floor. 2 minutes from the station. Very convenient for anything and everything. Ogikubo Station has 4 lines, which is very convenient to get to most places, JR Chuo/Sobu, and metro Marunochi /Tosai lines. It takes 10 minutes to Shinjuku. Looking for someone Friendly, Responsible, Mature, Neat, and Tidy (non-smoking, no parting). The apartment is well maintained and has good security. All rooms have good sunshine and a good view. Very quiet environment. I have hosted people from Australia, Austria, France, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey, Sweden, UK, US, Taiwan, Italy, Germany.... And a few people since 2023. I have made good memories with them. I am pretty much new to this site. About me I am Juanella but most people call me Jean. I have been living in Japan for the past 35 years. I have one daughter who is living in the UK right now. I teach at High School and I have private classes at home. I love cleaning but cooking not so much. My hobby is going to Japanese festivals.
