Large house located in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to shopping and trails. Homeowner is a teacher and playwright who is also interested in music and film. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom is occupied by the owner and there are two spare bedrooms with double beds that share a full bathroom. On the main floor is a guest room with a pull-out bed and a dedicated bathroom on the main floor. There is also a large kitchen with breakfast table, separate dining room, entertainment room, and a wonderful deck with bbq.
