We are a warm, welcoming family of three (both parents work in healthcare, daughter studies at UBC) with over 10 years of experience hosting homestay students. Our home is located in a vibrant neighborhood in Burnaby—close to both Brentwood and Metrotown Skytrain stations, and within walking distance to BCIT. We have 2 private bedrooms available on the 2nd floor for students or young professionals. Room Details: Rent: $800 / month per room (Meals not included) Furnishings: Double bed, closet, study desk & chair, nightstand with lamp, and mini-fridge Shared Spaces: Kitchen access; bathroom shared with only two other person Perks: Bedding and laundry detergent are provided! House Rules & Amenities: Laundry: Available twice a week (Tuesdays & Saturdays) Strictly: NO smoking, NO drugs Looking for clean, respectful, and responsible tenants.
