- We want everyone to feel comfortable, respected and at ease. These simple house rules are intended to help maintain a clean, peaceful and pleasant environment for everyone.
- Please make sure all doors and windows are properly closed and locked when leaving the house.
- For everyone's safety, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Heating and electricity are included in the rent, but please use them responsibly and avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
- Please be respectful and considerate of other people living in the house. Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10:00pm.
- You are welcome to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself and leave it clean and tidy for the next person. Please avoid cooking after 10:00pm.
- Please keep the bathroom clean and tidy after use. If the bathroom is shared, please be considerate of the other tenant's needs, especially during busy periods.
- Please use the washing machine with a full load whenever practical. Please remove your clothes promptly once the washing cycle has finished.
- Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. If you would like to invite a friend or visitor to the house, please agree it with me in advance. Overnight guests are not permitted.
- Please do not place stickers, tape, hooks, adhesives or other items that may damage the walls, furniture or other surfaces of the house.
- No pets are permitted.
