Hi there, I live in Pemberton Heights, North Vancouver, on the bus route. I have a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. My youngest child just moved out so now I have a spare room. The 3rd bedroom is my office during the day but, after 4pm, is a lounge with a tv and pull out couch. The home is comfortable and clean and I have a dog and a cat, both of whom are very friendly. Prefer someone out-going, tidy and respectful. (I am all 3). Parking, laundry and lots of out-door toys (snowshoes, bikes etc) are all included. (women only please)
