A lovely garden room available in an end-of-terrace modern house located in Penylan, a mature and peaceful residential suburb where you can get a real flavour of Cardiff life. The whole house is totally upgraded and refurbished as new after the long pandemic time. It is close to Roath park, Waterloo gardens; to local independent shops on Wellfield Road, bus stops and supermarkets; and is conveniently located for access to city centre/university/A48/hospital. Tofu is a lovely ginger cat boy and he loves showing hospitality to the guest. If you don’t want him come into your room please just keep the door closed.
