Pay In Instalment

• Students may pay their accommodation fees in installments.
• A maximum of 6 instalments is available.
• The available installment plan depends on the length of the booking.
• Students should confirm the available instalment option with their sales agent.
• Failure to pay any instalment on time may result in:
• Immediate withdrawal of the instalment plan.
• The entire outstanding accommodation fee becomes immediately due and payable.

Mode Of Payment

• Payments can be made using:
• Debit Card.
• Credit Card.
• Bank Transfer.
• Note: Students are responsible for all bank charges associated with payments and refunds, including intermediary bank charges.

Guarantor Requirement

• A UK guarantor is not required to book accommodation.
• International students can secure their booking by paying the Security Deposit and the First Instalment.
• Students should confirm the applicable payment terms for their chosen residence with their team.
• If a guarantor is provided, they will be jointly and severally liable for the student's obligations under the licence agreement.

Security Deposit

• Security Deposit Amount: £250.
• The Deposit may initially be used to hold the room or freeze the accommodation price.
• If the student fails to complete the booking process on time, the Deposit may become non-refundable.
• Once the Confirmation of Enrolment Letter is issued, the Deposit is converted into a Security Deposit.
• Refund processed within 6–8 weeks after the property receives the completed Deposit Refund Form and required documentation.

Additional Fees

• Room Change Fee: £100 (exclusive of VAT), plus any applicable room price difference.
• Late Check-out Charge: £50 per hour, unless a different amount is specified in the Booking Details or Residence Rules.
• Dual Occupancy Fee: Dual occupancy is available for an additional £50 per week. This fee covers the additional use of utilities, amenities, and services by the second occupant.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

• Students may request permission to find a replacement licensee if they wish to be released from their licence agreement.
• It is the student's responsibility to find a suitable replacement.
• A replacement tenant request will only be considered if at least 12 weeks remain on the licence agreement.
• The property has sole discretion to approve or reject the proposed replacement.
• A replacement may be rejected if they:
• Do not meet the property's eligibility requirements.
• Do not satisfy student status requirements.
• Do not pass the required administrative checks.
• Do not accept the applicable licence terms.
• Are unable to pay the remaining accommodation fees and applicable charges in advance.
• If the replacement is approved:
• The outgoing student must pay a £100 administration fee (or any other amount specified in the Booking Details).

Delayed Arrivals & travel restrictions

• Visa delays, administrative delays, travel delays, missed flights, delayed arrival, delayed university enrolment, or similar circumstances do not qualify for cancellation under the Visa Refusal policy.
• Such cases are handled under the general cancellation provisions unless the property agrees otherwise in writing.

Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Smoking is allowed only outside in designated areas, where permitted by property rules and local regulations.

Guest policy

• Guests may stay with you where permitted by the property. Always notify the property 1 to 2 weeks in advance to complete the required formalities.

Minimum age

• You must be 18 years or older on your move-in date to stay at this property. Please ensure you meet the age requirement before booking. In case you do not meet the minimum age requirement, inform the team while enquiring with us, and we can suggest you accordingly.

Student eligibility

• This accommodation is exclusively available to students. Non-students are not eligible to stay at the property.
