Security is great, there is a guard at the gate 24 hours a day and an internal telephone line whereby any visitors allowed to enter the apartment must ring the house they are going to at the reception in order to be permitted to enter the premises. There is available parking. There is unlimited internet connectivity 24 hours. There is a power generator in case of a power shortage the generator comes on ensuring there is electricity at all times. It has a village feel as it is surrounded by a leafy neighbourhood and farms.
