- Welcome to our home
- We’re happy to welcome you to our home by the sea. This is a homestay, not a hotel: we live here, work from home, and share some spaces with our guests. We want everyone to feel comfortable, relaxed and at home - while respecting the peaceful atmosphere of the house. We speak Portuguese, French and English, so feel free to communicate with us in whichever of these languages you feel most comfortable.
- First and most important: Luna owns the house. We have a cat, Luna, who lives here and is, technically, the owner and proprietor of the property.
- She may be around the common areas. Please be gentle with her, never feed her without asking us, and always pay attention when opening doors or gates so she cannot get outside.
- Guests must be comfortable sharing a home with a cat.
- Peace & quiet
- This is a quiet home and we would like to keep it that way.
- Please avoid loud music, shouting, parties or other excessive noise at any time. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- We both work from home, so we also appreciate a calm environment during working hours.
- No smoking or drugs
- Smoking, vaping and recreational drugs are not allowed anywhere inside the house.
- Please ask us about the appropriate outdoor area if you smoke.
