House rulesWe do ask that you please do not wear any shoes inside our home and please do not smoke in side building.
- We do ask that you please do not wear any shoes inside our home and please do not smoke in side building.
- Weekday quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and weekends 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Please refrain from loud noises, laundry or music during that time.
- Animals are prohibited, except for ADA service animals.
- We are a non-smoking, non-vaping property.
- We ask to conserve resources and kindly remind guests to shut off lights, wash full loads of laundry, dishes and turn up/down air conditioner or heat when leaving the unit.
- Prices set for single or double occupancy for additional visitors, family or overnight guests. Please add $30 per person per night.
- For longer stays, we will arrange to clean rooms at least once a week and vacuum two or more times per week.
