Welcome to Nature Paradise Jarabacoa, a family-run guesthouse surrounded by the beautiful mountains and natural scenery of Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic. Our property has five individually styled guest rooms, offering different options for solo travelers, couples, friends, and visitors looking for a relaxing stay. We live on the property with our family and enjoy welcoming guests from the Dominican Republic and around the world. Enjoy our swimming pool, outdoor patio, garden, equipped shared kitchen, private parking, Wi-Fi, and peaceful surroundings. Some rooms have private bathrooms, while others share a bathroom with neighboring rooms. Air conditioning is available in selected rooms. - Welcome to Nature Paradise Jarabacoa! We look forward to welcoming you to our home in the mountains. To help everyone enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay, we kindly ask you to keep these simple guidelines in mind.
- WHAT’S INCLUDED
- • Electricity available 24/7 through our backup power system. Please note that air conditioning is unavailable during power outages.
- • Hot water and complimentary drinking water.
- • Wi-Fi, shared kitchen access, swimming pool and parking.
- • Room cleaning once a week.
- • One laundry session per week, with detergent included.
- MONTHLY STAYS AND EXTRA SERVICES
- • Monthly rent is paid in advance.
- • Before moving in, we request two security deposits, each equal to one month’s rent, in addition to the first month’s payment. These help cover any accidental damage to the room, furnishings, appliances or linens beyond normal wear and tear. The deposits are returned after departure and inspection, with any deductions for damage clearly explained and documented.
- • Electricity used by the air conditioning is charged separately. We will explain how it is calculated before you book.
- • If you would like extra cleaning or laundry sessions, please let us know. We’ll confirm availability and any additional cost beforehand.
