Near Tokyo cozy and comfortable

My house has good access from the city center, and it is very convenient from the nearest station to Shibuya, which takes 19 minutes on the Den-en-toshi line and 40 minutes to Yokohama! Supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, post office, etc. are all around the house. The nearest supermarket is a minute's from my house. I've been a homestay host since 1995, and it was a short term trainee and international student acceptance through an agent. And I've been using this site since 2023. However, if I am at home, I can prepare dinner upon request. I believe that communication over meals is very meaningful for mutual interaction. 【About the room】 Room1 bed, closet, desk, internet access, air conditioner ※ Due to the rising cost of utilities, air conditioning fee charged separately. 200yen per day will be charged from June to September and from December to March. Room2 futon,closet, desk internet access,fan ※Room2 will be rented only when Room1 is fully occupied. ※Room2 is next to the living room, so please refrain from renting it if you are concerned about noise or privacy. [Note] I will be moving to Chino City, Nagano Prefecture and will be splitting my time between Kanagawa and Chino City. However, since my husband stay at home in Kanagawa, we will continue to host homestay. 【Check in, Check out 】 Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am. [Note] If I am not available, my husband will handle things, but since he works, check-in will be after 7 PM on weekdays, and check-out will require you to leave the key in the mailbox. On weekends, we can handle things as usual.
