The house is a detached home in a residential area next to the bus stop with direct service to Madrid-Moncloa. It's close to leisure facilities, cinemas (Heron City), a shopping area (Las Rozas Village), a sports center, sports courts, parks, and areas for cycling and other sports. Ideal if you enjoy the outdoors, tranquility, and the comfort of family life. We are a family consisting of a married couple and two teenage daughters. We are easygoing and spend a lot of time together as a family. We enjoy watching movies on weekends, cycling, hiking, and traveling. We are accustomed to other cultures and speak English and Spanish. We like to learn about other cultures and customs and share our own. We greatly value polite, respectful, and clean people. We cook home-cooked meals and enjoy trying new things. It features common areas such as a living room with a 55" smart TV, a garden, and a kitchen. The room includes sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, water, electricity, heating, and air conditioning. For monthly stays, cleaning and a change of sheets and towels are included. Available: printer, parking at the door, bus stop 20 meters away, use of the garden, swimming pool (seasonal), tennis court, hairdryer, and international plug adapters.
