We are a friendly family of 3 offering a comfortable and well-maintained homestay in a very convenient and safe Richmond location. Guests can choose between a private ground-floor suite with separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom, or a bright upstairs room with a large garden-facing window and shared facilities. We work from home, so we are available to ensure a smooth, clean, and comfortable stay. Our home is ideally located close to bus stops, SkyTrain, grocery stores, and daily essentials, with easy access to downtown Vancouver and only 7 minutes to YVR Airport. A great choice for international students, visitors, and World Cup guests looking for comfort, convenience, and good value.
