An ordinary Japanese style house in the suburbs of Nara City. This place is recommended for those who want to live ordinary Japanese lifestyle, just like most of the Japanese do. Good access Kintetsu Line for Nara, Kyoto, Osaka. There is a bike trail leads to Houryuji- Temple, on the way through the area of ancient tombs complex and Heijo-Kyuseki(Nara Palace Site Historical Park). In our area there are many varieties of restaurant, cheep, fancy, casual, gourmet.... and most of them are excellent cost performance, and some of those are in 15minutes walk distance from my place. Waiting to hear from you. *From Kintetsu Takanohara Station to Kintetsu Nara Station 12min to Kintetsu Kyoto Station 33 min to Kintetsu Nanba Station 38-57 min to Kansai Airport Station 120 min to Kintetsu Ise-shi Station(Ise-Shrine) 120 min (Simakaze special express train) *From home Driving to Toudaiji Temple (Big statue of Budda) and Nara park 14min to Yurara no Yu (Japanese pubric bath and spa) 7min

House rules-Basically, “Cooking in the Kitchen” is only allowed to the long term guest.
- -Basically, “Cooking in the Kitchen” is only allowed to the long term guest.
- -Some plates and cups are prepared at the kitchen table for all guests-free use.
- -Eating food and drinks (except water) are only allowed in the kitchen or living room not allowed in bedroom.
- -Hair dryer, Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner are in the bathroom.
- -We have one shared bath only, so please put your name and time on the booking board to use it.
- -When using the living room, shower room, bathroom or kitchen tidy for others.
- “For long term guests more than 2 months”↓
- -1 month rent for security deposit required to long term guest (more than 2 months staying) before stay in. And basically the deposit will be all returned when exchange with house key. If something serious damaged or lost, may not be all returned. If house key not be able to return, charge you 20,000yen due to the door lock need to be changed.
