- - Quiet hours 11:00PM to 7:00AM.
- - Check-out at 8AM but if you want to leave later, let me know.
- - Please remove shoes before entering the house.
- - No loud music.
- - No drugs of any kind or excessive alcohol consumption.
- - No parties and or visitors. Only guests on the booking are allowed in the apartment.
- - If you lose and/or do not return the keys to the host upon checkout, you will be charged $100 to replace the lock.
- - Be respectful to others.
- - No smoking in the apt. (outside is ok).
