We are in the center north of the agglomeration of Quebec City. The house is set in a wonderful lot that has very large trees and a cedar hedge surrounding it, directly on the 'Parc de la Rivière Saint Charles' and on the Bike Path 'Corridor des Cheminots'. Very well serviced by city buses, this is the best of both worlds. 3 Electric bike terminusses a short walk away. with a 10 min walk, you can also catch a bus that will get you to Laval University in 35-45 minutes, depending on the time of day. A very short 500m walk leads you to Wendake, the Huron amerindian reserve, with its prized museum, exquisite restaurants and fabulous Kabir Kouba waterfall(1km). You can also rent a canoe and enjoy the wonderful Saint Charles river directly! We love whole foods and bake goodies from time to time. We are a couple who work hard and savour quiet times when we are at home. We are looking for a long term rental person/couple for our upstairs bedroom. The use of the upstairs bathroom bath/shower and pharmacy space will be exclusive to this person. Other amenities are also possible.

(the counter never looks dirty but please wipe it anyway!:) Please do not invite strangers into my home without having my agreement in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat this house with the respect you would have for your own. I will be happy to assist you with anything around the house, don't hesitate to ask for my help!

Good to knowThe cats are not allowed outside without a leash. Please watch out for the cats every time you come in. I speak French and English fluently. There is a parking available for you. We can share the food shopping or I can include you in mine for a weekly fee. I love to cook and we could do most of the meals together if that suits you. Should you prefer to do your own, I can provide you with your personal fridge. It is expected you will keep your area clean and share the cleaning duties of the common areas. The house is very large. We can easily have personal time or together time. For the moment the personal suite is available, with one furnished office space. (not on photos for now). Should you prefer the downstairs suite it is also available. (I am planning to close it in with wall and door, in the following weeks, this is why I'm offering the upstairs bedroom for the moment). Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
