Our house is situated on the western side of the city, the express metro line takes you to the heart of Melbourne in 20 minutes. Walk to the station and shopping is only ten minutes away. Your room is recently renovated, and there is a fully equipped comfortable kitchen and shower /bathroom shared with just one other quest. Excellent fast internet included. You have complete privacy and lockable room. Room is fully furnished with your own TV, good quality, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, linen, bedding. Room also has it's own split system heating and/or cooling with a remote control for you to use as you like. Quiet house, there is no pet or children. Beautiful big park opposite the house with a creek, lots of birds, and a 20 minutes walk to the beach. Strictly non smokers accepted.
