Private room in Port Limon (beaches

It's located in the Pueblo Nuevo neighborhood, Port Limon, a charming and multicultural town with easy access to beaches and important tourist areas. It's a space within our room house, especially suited for visitors and guests. The room is very well lit and widely ventilated with a pretty good view towards the green areas of the neighborhood and the local fauna. You will find a very clean, homely and comfortable house! We love all of our visitors and their wellbeing is very important to us. THE SPACE: The room is at the house downstairs and it is completely private, the only relevant shared space is the kitchen, that is well cookware equipped (utensils, microwave, oven, blender, toaster...). It has its own toilet and shower, internet connection via WiFi, cable TV, air conditioner, two beds (a king size and an individual one with an extra mattress); the space is very roomy as the entire house as well and especially suited for guests, so you will surely feel comfortable (see photos for more details). We also have a phone with access to income/outgoing calls to the USA or Canada. The room has a very wide window with a very natural outlook to the neighborhood surroundings, you may enjoy the different trees, the view to the mountains, hummingbirds and sloth bears that constantly appear, for example, or simply have fresh air from the outside. GUEST ACCESS: Besides from what is in the room and the kitchen, you could also have access to the yard for BBQ if you may, parking area is also available, the corridor at the downstairs, the laundry room, the house balcony that is fully ventilated with a view of the neighborhood surroundings and hangers for a hammock (here is very suitable to take a break). INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: My family and I will be kindly assisting you anytime you need it! we also live in the house. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: The house is very clean and in order, so feel free to enjoy your stay, but we will be very pleased if you help us keep the areas you use also clean and in order:-)
