• Respect & privacy – Everyone in the household is expected to respect each other's privacy, belongings and personal space.
• Quiet hours – Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 7:00am, particularly around the house and backyard.
• Shared bathroom – Keep the bathroom clean after use and don't leave personal belongings scattered around.
• Kitchen use – Shared kitchen facilities are available. Clean dishes, benches and cooking areas after use.
• Cleanliness – Keep your bungalow and shared areas tidy and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
• Laundry – Follow the agreed laundry arrangements and avoid leaving clothes in shared areas.
• Guests – Please discuss/seek approval before having overnight guests or large groups of visitors.
• Smoking – No smoking inside the bungalow or house. If smoking is permitted outside, use the designated area and dispose of cigarette butts safely.
• Parking – Use the allocated parking space and keep driveways/access areas clear.
• Security – Keep doors and gates secured when leaving and don't provide keys/access to other people.
• Pets – No pets unless agreed upon with the household beforehand.
• Shared spaces – Be considerate when using shared areas and allow other occupants reasonable access.

Length of stay

• Minimum stay: 120 nights.
• Maximum stay: 365 nights.
