QUIET CLEAN BEDROOMS

My house is located on the North side of the City in a quiet and safe suburb. It is about a 30 minute drive from the airport. Buses, train station, and metro stations are about 10 minute walk from the house. Also walking distant is the grocery store, the pharmacy, the Art Center, College Montmorency, University of Laval, shopping centres, Place Bell, Econofitness gym, bicycle trails, nature parks, close to the highways 15 North and 15 South. About 35 minutes to the ski slopes in the beautiful Laurentians. My home is suitable for students, professionals and travelers. What is included in your stay: high speed internet, bed sheets, towels, use of the kitchen and refrigerator. You are responsible to buy your own food and personal products. You are welcome to sit on the balcony and enjoy the garden. There is one bathroom which is shared. I enjoy spending time with my family, my grandchildren and friends and often organize fun outings or gatherings at my house. My guest would be welcome to come with me to explore new places and be a part of my family get togethers! Ma maison est située au nord de la ville, dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sécuritaire. À distance de marche également, vous trouverez une épicerie, une pharmacie, le Centre des arts, le Cégep Montmorency, l'Université Laval, des centres commerciaux, la Place Bell, le centre de conditionnement physique Econofitness, des pistes cyclables, des parcs, et vous serez à proximité des autoroutes 15 Nord et 15 Sud. Ma maison convient aux étudiants, aux professionnels et aux voyageurs. Je parle anglais, français et italien, et un peu espagnol. Votre séjour comprend: l'internet haute vitesse, les draps, les serviettes, l'accès à la cuisine. On partage la salle de bain.
