House rulesWe are happy to have quiet guests who take care of the room and the furnishings.
- We are happy to have quiet guests who take care of the room and the furnishings.
- Arrival from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., departure in the morning by 10 a.m. Exceptions possible by arrangement.
- We provide a house key against deposit of an ID card.
- Payment: Please note that with the booking, the guest undertakes to transfer 25% of the total amount to our account before moving into the room (in addition to the amount that Homestay receives).
- Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 25% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to )
- Cancellation: Free cancellation is possible up to three weeks (21 days) before the start of the rental period. Later we charge 10% of the total amount. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
