We would love to welcome you to our home in Newcastle Village. Guests leave as friends, you are welcome to feel at home and will help you find your way around and how to get from a to b in your travel in the area. lovely large single room with built in wardrobe. Facilities are Desk and Lamp, TV, Mirror, Hair-dryer, Radio, and Closet. House is modern and very clean and cosy /warm. You are near the sea and it's a country village and only 40 mins to the capital city and 10 minutes by bus to the local towns of greystones and Bray 20 mins. In greystones there is also train / dart that goes to the capital and beyond Dublin. It connects to the main train lines also. Gerard is 51 and enjoys cooking, watching movies, reading, socialising, travel, learning from new people and countries, television, gardening, nature, and board games. He speaks English. I also work so I come and go from home. All Covid guidelines must be followed strictly. Must be vaccinated and have proof. When out on your day must follow guidelines. When in house must clean bathroom and kitchen after use strict condition. Also keep bedroom tidy and clean as the rest of the house. All waste is recycle.
