• Do you like dogs? I hope so, because our dog lives with us. She's a medium-sized female (about 28 kg) with long, soft fur. Her name is Miss, and she's thirteen years old. She's very calm and sweet. She loves being petted!
• Important information:
• - PAYMENT METHOD: will immediately receive, on my behalf, 25% of the total stay amount and its share as a brokerage fee, at the time of booking. If a guest cancels more than 7 days in advance, their deposit will be refunded.
• To pay the balance for your stay, you have two options:
• 1) by bank transfer to my bank account one week before your arrival; or
• 2) in cash upon check-in.
• TOURIST TAX PAYMENT: The City of Rome requires all visitors to pay a tax of €6.00 per person per night (six euros per person per night). Therefore, in accordance with the rules established by the City of Rome, which requires me to act as an intermediary for this payment, upon check-in you will be required to pay me in cash the total amount of the tourist tax for all guests: €6 per person per night.
• DOCUMENT VERIFICATION: Upon arrival, I will ask you for an identity document (ID card or passport) to fulfill the obligation to communicate data to the Italian Public Security Authority.

Length of stay

• Minimum stay: 2 nights.
• Maximum stay: 28 nights.
• Check-in: 11:00.
