House rulesNon smoker. Need to know check in and check out times. Be reasonably quiet. Payment be made to my account, but it might be easier to pay cash, so I suggest that you contact me while you are making the reservation. Insofar as our cancellation policy, we are following the general guidelines we have received, but we willing to be somewhat flexible, as unexpected situations arise. Normally, if you cancel you should let us know at least 48 hours in advance. When you arrive or even before you arrive, we can give you tour of the hour, tell you about the neighborhood, and how to get to local attractions, include subway and bus transportation. The room is place is very comfortable and convenient, plus the house is fully air conditioned. However, that particular room merely is equipped with fans. We do have an even larger room in the attic, which is air conditioned, if you prefer the attic.
