Our home is located in Malilla neighborhood, near Valencia City Centre and the City of Arts and Sciences. A peaceful residential neighborhood, well connected by public transport, and within walking distance of shops, parks, and cafes. The area is quiet and safe, making it ideal for students or professionals. I live with my sister, and we are both friendly, respectful, and enjoy hosting guests from diverse backgrounds. We offer a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, wardrobe and free Wi-Fi. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and available for light cooking. All shared spaces are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We enjoy listening to music and strive to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere at home. We speak both Spanish and English and are happy to help guests practice either language.
