My house is in a residential neighborhood in Ñuñoa and has 3 bedrooms. I live alone with one roommate; I'm an early childhood educator. The area is very quiet, and we have two metro lines, as well as the Mall Plaza Egaña, all within walking distance. Plaza Ñuñoa, the heart of the district, is just 10 blocks away. The house has 110 square meters of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The patio is also lovely, with two shade trees: an avocado and a lemon tree. The kitchen, separate living and dining rooms, and patio are available at any time. We also have a beloved cat, Aura. Cancellation Policy: "Payment Method": Once the guest pays 16% to online, the host requests an advance payment (via bank transfer or PayPal) of 50% of the remaining balance of the selected stay. "Cancellation Policy": To cancel your reservation, you must contact us at least 15 days prior to your arrival date for a refund. Please note that we require our guests to send us a copy of their ID via email before check-in. This ID will be provided once your online reservation is confirmed. 2. Please send us a video message introducing yourself and explaining the reason for your trip.

- The house must maintain tranquility and respect for guests; therefore, activities in shared spaces are generally permitted until 11:00 am, Monday to Friday, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio. On weekends, these activities are permitted until 2:00 am, especially in the patio. Visitors are welcome with prior notice from the guests but are not allowed to stay overnight. Entry is through the main door without time restrictions, provided that silence and respect for the guests are maintained. Kitchen utensils and pots used must be cleaned. Washing and drying are done during business hours to avoid disturbing others with the noise of the machines. The living room is cleaned every three weeks by each of the roommates.

- Please keep the house safe and lock the doors and windows when leaving.
- Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean it afterward.
- Pets are not allowed.
