We live in a semi-detached home. Our house is located in a quiet estate. There's just the 2 of us. We don't have any pets as we work shift it would be unfair to leave a pet at home all day.

House rulesAs we work shift and are up early in the morning there's no cooking after 8pm. Our bedroom is over the kitchen. Heating up food to consume after this time is perfectly fine. Strictly no smoking house. Keys need to be hung up at all times when you're at home ( previous guest left keys in the door so anyone could have entered the house). No working from home accommodated. The room is not available to couples.

- A deposit of 200€ needs to be paid when booking ( this may vary depending on length of booking ) to secure room. This deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your booking, however it will be refunded in the event we have to cancel. Rest assured we've never cancelled and have hosted dozens of short and long term stays. And queries regarding the deposit can be discussed further at time of provisional booking.
