• 1. Only light cooking allowed in Kitchen. Kitchen and lounge access is provided primarily to use microwave, toaster oven, oven top, refrigerator and dining table. No use of oven range/double oven allowed at any point in time during your stay. We do provide pots, pans, cutlery, tabletop essentials and paper plates for your complimentary use. Please clean up all utensils after use.
• 2. Check in is after 3 pm. Check out is anytime before noon.
• 3. Early check in and late check out can be allowed on request and is contingent on room availability.
• 4. Luggage may be stored in the living room for 4 hours before check in & 4 hours after check out time. Luggage must have ID tags, or use a label from the kitchen.
• 5. Please remove shoes upon entry to the house.
• 6. Label your food with your name and check out date before putting it in the refrigerator or common areas.
• 7. Booking for other people is not allowed. Your reservation has to have your name on it.
• 8. Wash your dishes and clean up after yourself.
• 9. Washer and dryer can be used by guests for $10 charge per use. One free wash allowed for guests staying for a week or more. Guests are welcome to use our laundry detergent.
• 10. Packages may be sent to the house at your discretion. Packages have been lost before, and we cannot be responsible for items left outside.
• 11. After 10 pm, it's quiet time. Please keep your voices down and don't use the kitchen.
• 12. No curried food in the rooms. Snacks and beverages ok.

• Maximum stay: 365 nights.
