Hi, I'm Brona, a part-time nurse and mum of two children (aged 7 and 9) who are home five nights a week. I'm offering a fully furnished single room in my cosy, non-smoking family home in Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. The room includes a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, blinds and curtains. You'll have access to a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The house is in a great location, with a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away, easy access to the Luas, Park West, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Dublin City Centre, Trinity College, and UCD all on bus routes. Local shops, cafés, supermarkets and pharmacies are all nearby. This room would suit a quiet, clean and respectful student or professional looking for comfortable accommodation in a friendly family home.
