The apartment is spacious and airy and the entire social area of the apartment can be used by guests. The living room is equipped with a large sofa, dining table, chairs, ceiling fans, TV. It also has a large balcony with a hammock overlooking the green area. The guest bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guest during their stay (it is outside the room). It can be shared with the hostess if there is another guest in the suite room. The room has: 01 single bed (sofa bed type) with orthopedic mattress measuring 1.88 x 80.0 cm. And a ceiling fan, free-standing fan (extra), blackout curtains, open closet with shelves and hangers, clothes rack (free-standing or wall-mounted), bedside table (support), work desk with chair, lamp. The kitchen is open to the living room and has most household utensils available for guests (I do not have a microwave). Guests can make quick meals. For long stays, 50% of the cost of kitchen gas is charged. Keep your dishes clean. Take out the trash on the right days. And if something breaks, please let us know. Respect the condominium's silence rules after 10 p.m. It is essential to get along with our little cat, Bebel. She is sweet, calm, quiet and cute. She doesn't bother guests. Just be careful not to leave doors and windows open. We are close to the main UFBA campuses: Music, Law, Education, Business Administration, Medicine, Dentistry and the Rectory. The urban beaches (Porto da Barra and Farol da Barra), the Historic Center (Pelourinho/Sto. Antônio Além do Carmo/2 de Julho/Lapinha/São Lázaro) and the Cultural Centers (MAM/MAB/Casa das Histórias de Salvador/Cidade da Música da Bahia/Casa do Carnaval/Mercado Modelo/Elevador Lacerda etc.). - If something breaks or is damaged, please let the hostess know. If it is something simple, we will not have any problems and/or if it is something more valuable, we will arrange a refund.

- I live with my cat Bebel. And good coexistence with her is essential. She is sweet, calm, quiet and cute. She does not bother guests. Just be "careful" not to leave exit doors and windows open. The hostess will advise you on this.
