South Relax Cabin

• 1) We recommend arriving at the house after 3 PM.
• 2) The bathrooms are connected to a biodigestion system that works with liquids and solids (not paper and other items), so we ask you to reduce the use of toilet paper and flush it down the toilet.
• DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER
• 3) We're looking for a positive atmosphere.
• 4) There is a trash can with a lid by the door. ALWAYS CLOSE THE LID. We have a clean plastic recycling bin in the barbecue area.
• 5) Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you do smoke, please do so in the garden, placing cigarette butts in a safe container (Our Patagonian region, where the house is located, is prone to wildfires). Eating on the beds is also prohibited, as the comforters are for your comfort and should not be soiled. Please unplug appliances after each use.We take fire precautions and conserve energy. If you bring pets, they are your responsibility. They cannot relieve themselves in our garden and must be kept on a leash. We have two kittens.
• 6) The TV in the master bedroom is a Smart TV… It is connected to our network so you can enjoy the internet. You can also connect an electronic device to it via Bluetooth.
• 7) The water in our house is completely potable. Please enjoy a delicious tea, coffee, and/or mate.
• 8) The barbecue area with a pool table and ping pong table is shared; you must reserve it for barbecues. Just let us know. You can use the games; we have many board games, pool, and ping pong. Loud music is not allowed. Check-out is at 10:00 PM on weekdays.
• 9) Check-out is at 12:00 PM, and we will come to collect the keys. If you need to leave earlier, please let us know. We can also look after your luggage if you have to leave later.
• 10) We provide sheets and towels, which must be clean and free of blood, food, etc., as this will incur a charge.
• 11) Laundry: 10,000 pesos / Dishwashing: 5,000 pesos

• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• Maximum stay: 29 nights.
