Welcome to your home in Santiago We are a young couple living in a cozy and charming apartment, shared with our two friendly cats. We enjoy a calm, respectful, and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for travelers or remote workers looking for a comfortable and authentic local experience. The apartment is located in Providencia, one of Santiago’s safest and most vibrant neighborhoods. You’ll be just a 5-minute walk from Baquedano Metro Station, with easy access to the entire city. You’ll also be surrounded by beautiful green areas like Balmaceda Park and Bustamante Park, both within walking distance—perfect for relaxing, exercising, or enjoying sunny afternoons. The apartment is part of a small and quiet building with only 12 units, located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. It features warm wooden floors and lovely views of a private park Your room is spacious (around 12 m²), bright, and comfortable, with a large window facing the building’s private green area, ensuring both natural light and privacy. It includes: A double bed (for one or two people) A desk (perfect for working or studying) Storage space for clothes Heating (heater) and a fan, depending on the season A projector, so you can enjoy movies or series in a cozy, home-like setting The bathroom is shared with two people. You will also have full access to the apartment’s common areas, including: Fully equipped kitchen Living and dining room Washing machine We include bed linen and towels, as well as regular cleaning of shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, and living room), so everything stays comfortable and tidy. Regarding internet: due to the building’s structure, we don’t have fixed WiFi installed. However, we can share mobile internet, which works well for everyday use. Additionally, just 3 minutes away you’ll find the Café Literario Parque Bustamante, a free and quiet work-friendly space—perfect if you need a more stable connection or a change of environment We are also ideally located near some of Santiago’s most iconic and lively neighborhoods: Barrio Italia – cafés, design shops, and local vibe Barrio Bellavista – nightlife and restaurants Barrio Lastarria – culture, art, and gastronomy Barrio Bellas Artes – historic and cultural area You’ll also find everything you need just steps away from the apartment There is a supermarket only about two blocks away, and right in front of the building you’ll find a small minimarket and a local liquor store—perfect for quick and convenient shopping. The neighborhood is very lively and well-equipped, and nearby you can often find local street markets (farmers’ markets), where you can enjoy fresh fruits, vegetables, and a more authentic local experience This space is ideal for respectful, easygoing people who want to experience Santiago like a local, while enjoying a peaceful, well-connected, and welcoming home
