Bolívar and Av. Sucre) without disturbing the peace and quiet of the house. The area is surrounded by parks, perfect for strolling and breathing fresh air, with one park just half a block from the house. The house is very close to universities such as PUCP, Antonio Ruiz de Montoya (UARM), and San Marcos (UNMSM). In addition, our area offers supermarkets, markets, clinics, restaurants, and high-quality cafes. Also located in this area are two of Lima's main museums (the National Archaeological Museum and the Larco Museum), and just five minutes away is the capital's most traditional bar and restaurant, Bar Queirolo. In our house, the accommodation area is on the second floor, with completely separate access. This area features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, and a laundry room (with a washing machine and clothesline) for the exclusive use of guests. The bedrooms have large windows overlooking the street, providing plenty of natural light. They include beds, nightstands, spacious closets/wardrobes, and private bathrooms with hot water. Internet, electricity, and water are included.
